Fresh Tabbouleh
Ingredients
• 400g Carret Munos couscous MEDIUM
• 1 cucumber
• 4 tomatoes
• 1/2 red pepper
• 1/2 onion
• juice of 1 lemon
• 1 small bunch of parsley
• mint
• olive oil
Preparation
1. Prepare your couscous according to the method of your choice and let it cool.
2. Cut into small dice: onions, cucumber, tomatoes and bell pepper.
3. Chop the parsley and mint.
4. Add lemon juice and olive oil.
5. Salt and pepper..
6. Keep cool.
For a different taste, you can prepare this tabbouleh with half-whole wheat or whole-wheat organic couscous and add sultanas for example...
