Chicken stuffed with couscous


• 1 chicken

• 100g of couscous for the stuffing
  +100g of couscous per person
  for the accompaniment

• 150g of sultanas

• 4 onions

• Butter

• Liquid honey

• Spices (raz-el-hanout, saffron, salt)




1. Cook 100g of couscous with butter and salt

2. Soak the raisins in water

3. Mix everything with 1 teaspoon of ras el hanout and saffron

4. Stuff the chicken with the preparation and sew it

5. Fry the chicken in the butter

6. Once well roasted, add the sliced onions

7. Add a little water and 2 tbsp of liquid honey and cook


This gentle preparation will allow you to use your Carret Munos couscous differently and its originality will delight your guests!
