Sweet couscous with dried fruits


• 250 g of couscous

• 80 g of mixed dried fruits:
almonds, pistachios, etc.

• 30 g of dried apricots 

• 30 g of sultanas

• 60 g of sugar 

• 80g softened butter

• Cinnamon (from 1/2 to 1 tsp according to taste)

• Hot milk.




1. Roast the dried fruit for 5 minutes in the oven at 160°. Once cooled, chop them. 

2. Cut the dried apricots. Mix them with dried fruits and raisins.

3. Cook the couscous with sugar according to the method of your choice.

4. Mix and add the butter. 

5. Mix with the dried fruit mixture.

6. Add cinnamon.

7. Heat 375 ml of milk,
and offer it separately so that everyone can add it according to their preferences.
